- Physicals
One of the most important physicals an employer can require. The intent of the exam is to "screen" the potential employee for injuries or ailments which could be a potential workers compensation injury down the road. Exam includes a review of the occupational/personal health history, height, weight, blood pressure, vision screen, physician review and evaluation, and recommendation to the employer.
- Department Of Transportation Physicals (DOT)
Physical Exams for drivers of a commercial motor vehicle (CMV) regulated by the Department of Transportation. A CMV is defined as a vehicle used for commercial purposes that has a manufacturer's gross vehicle weight rating or combination weight rating more than 10,000 pounds; is designed to transport 16 or more passengers, including the driver; or is used to transport hazardous materials.

- Respirator Exams
A respirator exam is designed to make sure the lungs are strong enough for the individual to safely wear and work wearing a respirator. This physical is always coupled with a Pulmonary Function Test. Forms Included: Respirator Questionnaire (OSHA), Respirator Certification Form

Exams designed to assess the ability of the worker to either perform their job or return to their job after an illness/injury which has kept them off of work.
